Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your resumes and scores are always yours. If you downgrade, you'll keep access to everything you've already uploaded — you just won't be able to upload new resumes beyond your new plan's limits.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days of a paid plan, reach out to us and we'll sort it out. We want you to love it.
Is my resume data secure?
Yes. Your files are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models.
What file formats do you support?
We support PDF, DOCX, and TXT files up to 10 MB. PDF is recommended for the best scoring accuracy.
